Posted by I have been working on a post reflecting on my 27 days of blogging in the spare moments over the last few days, but I really don’t want to post about that today. Instead I want to share the news that I put my crutches away. Might not seem like a big deal to you, but for me it’s pretty symbolic. I haven’t used them since that first week I was given the go ahead to walk. I kept them in my car for a while, just in case I needed them in public. But for the last two weeks they have been sitting by the front door waiting to either be taken out for a spin or put away for good. Finally, I feel stable enough to put them away…fingers crossed it will be for good!
