I had a total “you know… when…” moment this morning when I got to the Y before it opened because I wanted to make sure I got a lane on masters swim day. Honestly hadn’t planned on it, but I was up so figured I would get a move on instead of occupying myself around the house where I would be tempted to crawl back in bed. There’s comes a point during training every season where I no longer need to actually set my alarm for the morning because my body wakes me up for that morning workout. But it also means it is time to start going to bed a bit earlier. So with that said, goodnight moon…

When it becomes perfectly normal to shower three times a day because you are working out at least twice a day.

When doing laundry and the amount of ‘training’ clothes outnumbers the amount of everyday and/or work clothes.
